Bought the top Whirlpool Washer in…

Bought the top Whirlpool Washer in 2020. Year later pump goes out. I replaced for $500 through repair. 6months later main board goes out. It’s been 6 months and going through repair via whirlpool.com. Was just informed part will never be made available! Two year old and whirlpool is walking away from making parts for it. My attorneys are taking care of this for me because of right to repair laws. Get anything but a Whirlpool. They don’t stand behind products they sold you.

Waste of money

Special ordered a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator in June 26, 2022. It was delivered on Saturday, July 9, 2022. A week and half later it stopped cooling. Had the certified repair person out the last week of July and he had to order 3 parts. The technician received 2 parts and realized the 1 part was the wrong one, and sent it back, so only has 1 part of the 3 he ordered. He still hasn't received the other 2 parts. We called Whirlpool, and the customer service rep, who won't give her name and was very, very RUDE, said she couldn't help us. We call the technician's office, and the office gal called Whirlpool and got the same run-around. The repair office called their district representative from Whirlpool, and she said that she would look into it personally and what we are told is that the parts are in some shipping container somewhere. They claim they don't have any tracking numbers to see exactly where the parts are. In the mean time, we are buying 2 bags of ice every 7-10 days, unplugging the refrigerator for 24 hours and then plugging it back in and letting it cool down for 8-12 hours before we can put our food back in the freezer and refrigerator. With the price of food now a days and the amount of food this refrigerator has spoiled, Whirlpool should refund my money. I would have thought Whirlpool would have straightened up in 22 years, since I went round and round with them about a washer and dryer and finally brought a Maytag and had that for years. I wouldn't recommend Whirlpool appliances to anyone. I will never buy a Whirlpool appliance again.

Bought whirlpool dryer Oct 2020

Bought whirlpool dryer Oct 2020. In August of 2022 this appliance went dark for no apparent reason. Model number wgd5100hwd. Please do not buy ANY whirlpool appliance!!!!
We had a local repairman come to check this dryer. He said the touch sensor was bad and the control board was bad as well.
His call cost us $90. I called whirlpool customer "wedontfreakin" care.
I got spun around and outright lied to for three days. Best offer I could get was %40 off a new whirlpool dryer at full price through their website.
Give me a break!! I will never purchase a whirlpool appliance again!
They are disrespectful liars and their product line is garbage.
Now im just sitting here waiting for my 2 year old whirlpool stove, refrigerator and washing machine to crap out and stop working.
Thanks for nothing whirlpool. I hope your crappy company goes belly up SOON! You have lost one customer and hopefully more if they are intelligent enough to read this review.

Pretty much the same as most of you…

Pretty much the same as most of you other folks. Have a 3 year old Whirlpool microwave and the glass spontaneously SHATTERED. Wasn’t on, wasn’t being used just shattered for no reason out of the blue. Called their customer service department to advise what happened. The set up an appliance repair company to come out to my house 3 weeks later to take a look. The company came out, took pictures and sent them back to Whirlpool the same day. A month or so went by and still no word from Whirlpool so I called back. Their customer service said she would send an internal message to the department that was handling it. I asked if I could speak with them directly and was told I could not. Here we are 5 months after I originally called and I have still not heard back. Finally had some time today on a day off of work (seeing it normally takes over an hour to get someone on the phone) and now their telephone prompts won’t even let me speak with anyone on the phone and makes you leave a call back number. First available call back date is a week from now. A WEEK! Mind blowing. Needless to say I will never buy anything from this company again. (I don’t really think they care too much, though….)

I bought a WP top freezer stainless…

I bought a WP top freezer stainless steel fridge from a local appliance dealer. Within a few months the stainless steel rusted in countless spots. My dealer kindly replaced the door with a new stainless steel door and of course, it rusted too! When I called WP (after countless attempts and being on hold for long periods), they told me it was due to humidity. I have never had this happen ever. I told WP I will never buy another WP product. Cheap, horrendous materials and even worse customer service. BTW, the product was still under 1-year warranty.

Off the chart bad

Off the chart bad, no one home! Multiple phone calls never a response! Put phone on speaker walked away after half hour, four hours ten minutes later still no one answers! Guess they’re waiting for my warranty to run out before they answer! I call on the entire planet to stop buying Whirlpool products, service and products absolutely sucks!
Hey Whirlpool for for my personal customer satisfaction I’m going to record the results of trying to contact you for support with your product then I’m going to blow up your product and post online for the world to see.
No thanks is needed for the free advertising, it’s the least I can do for such stellar service and products!

Poor quality

We have owned our range WFE525SOHZ for 4 years. After two years one of the digit/lights in the clock/temporary/Timmer went out. We were willing to live with that but now a second digit/light has gone out.

Bought a new whirlpool fridge from…

Bought a new whirlpool fridge from Lowes not even three months and the compressor went out. Whirlpool doesn't have the part to fix it. Backordered!!! Selling products without parts to repair it, is poor business. I have been without a fridge for almost 2 months now waiting to get this part and my NEW $1,700 fridge fixed. They do not care I'm going without. POOR Customer care!!! HORRIBLE

Refrigerator - Customer Service and Delivery

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. We received a new fridge today and it came with two damaged drawers. Also the other shelves provided are very cheap and easily fall out of the fridge. Not a good product at all for the price.

Also I was on hold for over 2 and a half hours trying to get new drawers ordered. We will see if we actually get new ones or not. Just horrible, horrible experience with Whirlpool.

Whirlpool doesn't care about quality or customers!

I am right on board with what others are saying. I just hope people will read these reviews before buying any Whirlpool appliance. We will definitely read reviews before buying appliances in the future! We have the same situation - after just over a year, the refrigerator started breaking down; it happens every few month, then tech fixes it, it breaks down again, and on and on and on. And the company couldn't care less! When you call you just get the usual apologies, but their policies are rigid, so there is no recourse in this situation. You either put up with constant breakdowns, or buy a new refrigerator FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY, wasting the hundreds of dollars you put in Whirlpool's pockets.
